All Shipments are sent from Athens via UPS Greece. You will receive a confirmation email upon our receipt of your order. Your package can be tracked via UPS Tracking parcels.
We try to process all orders within 72 hours. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on a holiday will be processed 72 hours after the next working day. Processing your order does not mean that it will be shipped within 72 hours, since in many cases we custom-make your bag. However, in 99% of the cases, we can ship your individual order within 10 days.
Shipping within the following European countries is free: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
Shipping within the following European countries– from 5,00 EUR to - 12,00 EUR (up to 5kg) : Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland

If you are based outside of the European Union and in desperate need for one of our products, we will try everything to make it happen! Please write an email and we can discuss further.
Orders to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office. Unfortunately due to custom regulations we can’t deliver to Russia.

We accept returns within 14 days. Exempt from this are items that have been personalized, tailor made or custom made etc. (“made-to-order”). All goods must be returned in the condition they left our studio and in the original packaging. Exchanges are based on stock availability, and sales items are non-refundable.
Return/exchange shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the product in the same condition as it was sent, we will refund the amount excluding the cost of shipping within 14 days.
